I fix mine with 5-minute epoxy. Clean the part out really well, add in some epoxy, center it carefully on the drive stem, and make sure there's not so much that it leaks out and into the motor. It'll last a few more uses, and then it'll break so I re-epoxy it. Clean out the old epoxy with a screwdriver now and again. The replacement part is simply not available; I'll never buy another Oster product again.

Ronson on stick blender 8342 motor coupler

If you need a replacement motor coupler for your Ronson 8342 stick blender, there are a few options you can try:
  1. Check with the manufacturer: Contact Ronson customer support and inquire about the availability of a replacement motor coupler for your specific model of stick blender. They may be able to provide you with a replacement part or direct you to a authorized distributor.
  2. Check online retailers: Look for online retailers that sell parts for small appliances, such as Amazon or eBay. You may be able to find a replacement motor coupler for your Ronson stick blender.
  3. Check with local appliance repair shops: Local appliance repair shops may carry the replacement parts you need or have the contacts to help you find them.
It's worth noting that finding replacement parts for old appliances can be difficult and that's why it's always better to check with the manufacturer first.
Also, you might want to have the model and serial number of your stick blender when reaching out to the manufacturer or other suppliers, as it will help them to identify the correct parts for your specific unit.

How to remove the cutters on model ksb560mco [email protected]

The cutters are part of the collar itself and not available as a separate part. If there is anything wrong with them you need to replace the whole collar. The collars are available on Amazon UK, K A Parts as well as other places.

How do I remove the coupler from a Kitchenaid blender, model: KSB560BW0. There seems to be confusion between different models and how to remove it. I have tried prying, and unscrewing clockwise, and...

I just worked on mine tonight. you have to take the bottom off by removing the four rubber feet and then the four screws under them. Now here's the tricky part; you'll need something to hold the jar coupler (round thing spins the blade). I was able to use a large pair of vice grips with some electrical tape wrapped around the jaws, to keep from damaging the coupler. Then take a slot edge screw driver and back out shaft from the coupler. FYI, the threads are reverse, so you will actually be turning the screwdriver clockwise to remove the coupler.

Rubber wheel that blade goes on, how do I replace it?This is the wheel that makes the blade go around. Mine has broken into pieces and can not use blender.

The piece that you need is referred to as the coupler. The coupler is a breakway part that is designed to shear and/or wear down in the event that the blender is overloaded. This is to avoid damage to the motor.

The coupler may be purchased individually and is an easy repair that can be done at home. You may purchase the part and access step-by-step replacement instructions at the following link:

Replacing rubber drive coupling

My coupler was split in two, and I couldn't screw it off. I had to do the following:
1. Take the blender apart (mine had 2 screws on the bottom). 2. Remove the motor housing from the blender (mine was loose from removing the two screws earlier). 3. Remove the fan by removing the fan nut. 4. Take apart the motor housing. Mine had two machine screws with 1/4" hex heads holding a bracket that tied the two ends together. Once those two screws are removed, you can take the motor out of the housing. Be careful on the fan end of the motor, because it's got two spring loaded brushes that will come together once the motor is pulled through. 6. Once you have the motor out of the housing, you'll have something to grab onto so you'll be able to unscrew the broken coupler. I used a pair of channel locks and gently grasped the motor body, and then just used a regular pair of pliers to grab the broken coupler. It's regular thread (lefty lucy righty tighty), so twist accordingly.
Once you have the coupler off, just put everything back together. The hardest part is holding apart the spring loaded brushes while you push the fan end of the motor shaft back through the motor housing.
Took me about 20 minutes to do everything.
Good luck.

Top part of base broke off

This just happened to me too, and I think I just fixed it.  First you have to get a replacement part called the "blender coupling" (I got mine online from Goodmans for $3.99).  I also replaced the square drive and slinger (two parts come together for $2.99)-that's the little part that sticks up and attaches to the pitcher.
Unscrew the bottom four screws of the base where the rubber feet are.  Remove the rubber skirt to reveal four screws that hold the motor in.  They are way in there so you'll need a long screw driver.  Remove the motor and unscrew the old coupling.  Mine had not been replaced since my grandmother bought this blender who knows when, so the coupling was really stuck.  I did not have a tool narrow enough to get a good grip to apply enough torque to remove the coupling so I had to try a few other tricks.  If your blender is the same, remove the bottom nut, fan blade and two washers.  This gave enough of a rod to grip to get the old coupling off.  (I also had to use some WD40, and heat and cool the coupling a few times to break the old seal).
Good luck!  Hope that helps!
