Ok this is one of my two options since I cannot install the software to give a exact no fail answer for ya:

1) Open My Computer
2) Go to Program Files
3) Look for something called Quick Heal
4) Open that folder and then look for one of the following files:
[Note: * 's are Widcards: Meaning anything after or in place of that is fine.]
unins*.exe, uninst.exe or anything called Uninstall or like it.

If you see one run it as it will most likely work and remove it for you.

Also in some rare cases there is a Setup.exe that has the capability of removing the software as well.

My second option would be to if you can find the Quick Heal folder is to click the folder once to highlight it, Hold Shift and press Delete to permenantly delete it and then go about something that works but I warn you if you do any mistakes can cause issues:

1) Go to Start > Run
2) Then type cmd and hit enter.
3) Once you see the run Dialog type: msconfig
4) Press Enter
5) Go to the services tab and uncheck any box that in the manufacturer says Quick Heal in any means or is in the Startup Item Part.
6) Go to the Services tab and before you do anything check the "Hide all Microsoft services"
7) Look under Service and Manufacturer for things labeled Quick Heal and uncheck them
8) Click Apply and then Ok and then then the reboot option.

This process should manually remove Quick Heal but I suggest you only do this for this program.

I sincerely hope this helps.

When i first install quick heal total security 2010 trial version & remove after use 28 day .....so now i m install quick heal total security 2011 but not install it says ur all ready use trial version...

While I am not familiar with this particular security suite I did peruse their website. While they are obviously not a major player the product they offer appears to be legit.

The first thing that comes to mind if installing the full version ends up appearing to be the trial version is that the uninstaller -- you state you removed the trial after 28 days -- had an issue and left remnants of the trail version (registry entries etc). This is a common problem.

My suggestion is to do a complete uninstall of the security suite with a highly recommended program called Revo Uninstaller. I don\'t **** a whole lot of products, but this one makes my short list. You can get it here:

http://tinyurl.com/64tsr5b

The other thing to check is whether there is an option within the program to enter the serial number for the full version of the security suite in order to switch it from trial mode to running as fully licensed mode.

Not able to install any Antiviris except Quick Heal

Hi shyjuu, please open the link below at Quick Heal & follow their instructions to uninstall the antivirus software. Click on this link: http://www.quickheal.co.in/installation-uninstallation.asp

Once the software program has been removed restart your system. Than go to this next link & download & install RegCure for free.
http://www.pctuneuptips.com/recommends/clean/?gclid=CL2RiIrTmpICFSFMGgodODIPzg
This is a free download & will remove any & all none needed registry keys within you windows registry.
When finished, restart your system. Next download & install AVG version 8.0 free antivirus software to help keep your system safe: http://free.avg.com/download?prd=afe
Or install the antivirus software of your choice.

Good luck shyjuu!
