Hi.
I bought a Prima 37t26 LCD tv about 14 months ago, (with a 12 month warranty through Sears).
Go figure, two months after the warranty expires, I have trouble.
When I power on the tv it takes upwards of two hours to get any response, (except for the ''Prima'' symbol changing from red to blue). Once it does finish powering on the tv works fine, but the time involved is getting longer.
Sears has flat-out turned down any requests for help, and Pirma's support web site just doesn't work.
Any suggestions as to a course of action? I am willing to attempt repairs, (I live in a very small town without any sort of appliance repair depot), as long as it has a reasonable level of difficulty.
Thanks!

Thanks, but I have already tried this option, only to be told that Sears would not offer any sort of extended warranty on the tv unless I purchased the tv with a Sears credit card.
Any other ideas?
Thanks again!
