My eaton powerware 5110 completely dead

HELLO,

SIMPLY PUT OFF FROM THE POWER BUTTON THEN UNPLUG IT FROM THE POWER SUPPLY.
THEN ALLOW IT FOR SOME TIME THE PLUG IT AGAIN AND PUT IT ON AGAIN.

check and flip the reset button
if it still is faulty have it repaired or replaced

take the batteries out and have them checked and then go from there

I believe you will find that your battery is either dead or shorted.

Your problem is showing up under the Powerware 9305 (a very large UPS) but your comments are about the 3105. It sounds like your battery is dead. If your UPS is over 3-5 years old, that's most likely the case. The website address to view the user manual is www.eaton.com/3105 You can contact Eaton directly, too. Eaton bought Powerware about 6 years ago. Here's the contact info. Be sure to have your serial and model numbers ready from the rating label on your UPS.
