Printing problems with Kodak 5300 black and color replacement cartidges.
I just changed both ink cartridges on my Kodak 5300 and it prints out blurry with some missing letters. What can I do?
I called Kodak and they are sending me a new printer head at no charge! Can't get any better then that. Man I talked to was very nice, knowledgeable and polite.
The Kodak AiO printers 5000 series and ESP series PRINTHEADs has orange protective cap that need to be remove to fit on the printer carriage. For the ink cartridges 
there is also a orange protective cap. 761 views

pictures are coming out light even when I change ink cartridges
Copied pages started to fade with new cartridge in place.
Ran diagnostics page and got no black ink on page
Printer now will not print black and white.
Cleaned printer head. Did not help.
This model is notorious for printhead problems .
These printers have ink cartridges with separate head. Replacing the ink won't help if the head are clogged.Try a deep cleaning from the menu. Cleaning might not unclog them either. You might need to have the printhead removed and replaced.
