The turntable system consists of the motor, the coupler, the turntable support with rollers, and the tray.

You can see and hear a video of how a turntable motor should sound when you rotate it by hand.

If yours is not set to be off via the control panel, and it won't rotate or it sounds like it's grinding, etc., you may have a bad motor or plastic coupler.

To replace either, you need to unplug power, then remove the bottom cover of the oven.

In some brands, you have to cut the motor cover off with snips, then use a screw when reassembling it.

Second, on the control board, find the turntable relay and test for voltage. Some turntable motors are 24 volts DC, so make sure your testing the correct voltage. If no voltage from the control board, then replace the control board. Otherwise head towards the turntable motor.
On OTR models, you can get to the motor by un-screwing the bottom panel on the microwave. On countertop models, there will either be a knockout or screw on access panel. Check for voltage at the motor. If no voltage, check the wiring back towards the control. If voltage, then replace the turntable motor. 4 Determine the specific part number for the turntable motor so that a correct replacement can be purchased or ordered. Position the new motor into the shaft in the bottom of the microwave. Screw the motor securely into place.

This is a common problem in many brands, you have proved the AC voltage to the motor is fine, if there had a been an issue the voltage would have dropped while in operation causing a load on the power supply, since there was no change in the off/on stage it proves the motor is the problem and must be replaced to resolve the issue.

Your turntable motor need replacement. tip upside down with dish removed and gain access to turntable motor from underneath.(remove power plug before you start working on the m/wave.) 2 screws hold the small t/table motor in place.Unscrew both and pull motor upwards. Quote the info on the motor for a replacement. I find cooking isnt effected in any wayexcept if you want to bake things like cakes. It then requires the t/table motor.
