hello there,
You can download the driver for Targus ACP50US here:
Driver:
ACP50 Driver

You will have to get hold of product support to see if they can provide the driver.
Here is an advertisement from Amazon.com:
http://www.amazon.com/Targus-ACP50US-Universal-Notebook-Docking/dp/tech-data/B0007LXRB6/ref=de_a_smtd
It says Universal, but only works with XP SP2 and not well, at that (pick the reviews and read).
You should raise heck and try to get your money back, if you can. This product was very low rated, and seems even if you got it running, you might be sorry, from the rants and raves of dissatisfied customers.
On page 2 of the reviews, at the top, someone mentions a driver from Taget's site, but not sure if that will help your problem.
Sorry there's no good news, but good luck.

Hi,
This product does not support 64bit operating systems. Sorry, but you have to migrate to 32bit to use this device.

Do you have the 32-bit version of Windows 7 or the 64-bit version? To identify your version, click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > System. On the line that gives the OS version, if you see x64, then you have the 64-bit OS. If you do not see these extra characters, then you have the 32-bit version.
I suspect you have the x64 version of Windows 7. Targus does not have drivers for Windows 7 x64 for the ACP50US. Targus only supports the ACP45 and the ACP51 docks under the 64-bit OS.
If you have the 32-bit version of Windows 7, download the driver from http://www.targus.com/us/download.aspx?regionid=&sku=acp50us&PageName=&productCategoryId= . This is the Vista (and XP) driver. You may need to use the compatibility mode to get it to work. Right click on the executable file and choose Properties. In the Compatibility tab, choose "Run this program in the compatibility mode". Select Vista or XP in the drop down menu. Then right click on the installer again and choose Run as Administrator.
I hope this helps and I wish that I had better news for you.
