The error code and clicking are both fuser related. The clicking is caused by the fuser bearings. Sharp has made several changes to the design of the fuser roller and added then subtracted some extra washers. It has been a problem for some time. Changing out the bearings may get rid of the noise for a while but ideally you would want to change out the rollers(new style) and bearings in one go.
H4-02 indicates a heating problem in the fuser. operating temperature is not reached in a specified time. You could pull out the fuser unit and take it apart to make sure the thermistors that are touching the rollers are clean and also check the thermostats. clean any debris. It could also possibly be a board or heater lamp issue (maybe..).
Clear the code in SIM mode by pressing the following keys one after the other "P" "*" "C" "*" and then enter 14 and and "start" key and execute. if copier does not reboot automatically then press the CA key couple of times.
