It all depends on what driver you have, it would probably be best if you went to the Epson web site, followed links for support and downloads and downloaded the latest driver for you scanner/operating system.

When I say that, I've just had a look and it maybe the case that this scanner isn't supported for Vista and beyond.

My only other suggestion to use their contact us link and ask them.

please try to repair the operating system or reinstall the operating system then try the driver again
