You will need the alpha programming sheet. Do you have this sheet? You can make one if you don't have it. There is a diagram of it in this manual:

Turn key to program mode 2 SUBTOTAL 132 SUBTOTAL Now type the new message for the first line of the receipt using the programming sheet (the one with the alphabet) 00 (double zero button) CASH SUBTOTAL
To do the next three lines, just replace the 132 with 232, 332, or 432 and use the same method
