Type the printer IP address into the address field of your Web browser. You have a software problem there. You can try and clear the print job in the computer but more than likely its already in the printer memory and is going to print until its finished. I think you're going to have to let it run until its finished then go back and make sure your computer malfunction is fixed before you try it again. I know its frustrating...but it will eventually stop. You might want to re feed the used paper unitl it does. I'd say turn it off and on...but I don't think that will clear the print job..and you've probably already tried that anyway.

If printer is connected to network, separator sheet must be turned off. Please access the printer's web interface and click on configuration and click on finishing menu, select none for separator sheet and then click on submit.

The computer can not detect the printer for a number of reasons and this can be resolve by check the connection between the printer and computer. Please make sure you are using the recommended USB or Ethernet cable (network connected). Check the cable connections to the printer to make sure they are secure. For more information, see the setup documentation that came with the printer.
If connected to a network, make sure that the printer is connected to the network. Print a network setup page and check that the status shows Connected. If the status is Not Connected, check the network cables, and then try printing the network setup page again. Contact your system support person to make sure the network is functioning correctly.
