Whirlpool Dryer (LER7646E) not working

Our Whirlpool dryer (LER7646E), when pushing the start button, will make a buzzing sound and then nothing. Sounds like the timer is running, but that's the only sound. We had the problem the day we left for Thanksgiving. Came home, my spouse moved the dryer away from the wall, and it started. Ran fine for about a week, and then the same problem as before. Push the start button, a buzzing sound, and then nothing. Any ideas on the problem and possibly how to fix it? Thanks.

Whirlpool Dryer LER7646EQ1 Motor?

Could be something jamming the fan blade but if the motor shaft turns freely then your motor is bad.

Won't run. Can hear clicks when changing settings, but won't run when push start button.

Check the door switch for continuity.
Remove the rear panel and check the thermal fuse attached to the exhaust vent on the lower left side. It is 1 and 1/2 inches long by 1/2 inch wide and white in color.
If it is blown you must correct the air flow problem also.
