I tried everything every one told me.....messed up my computer.....so...I tried something of my own and it worked... My model is a w3050 I downloaded software from a link on one of these forums at Nvidia.com. The audio drivers were messed up with this download no matter how many times I uninstalled and re-installed. So I researched my original audio drivers for this model. Found out they were Realtech Ac'97 audio drivers so uninstalled the Nvidia audio drivers only and left everything else that was Nvidia. Then went tohttp://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/down... The Realtech website looked for Ac'97 audio drivers found em and downloaded...simple ;)

I have an emachine W3107 desktop replaced with A13G v3.0 motherboard in 2009. I've had to reinstall windows XP. I can not connect to the internet. (I'm typing this from my laptop, so I have internet...

Hi,

You are on the right track!
It sounds like you still need to download and install the LAN driver.
When you go to THIS website you will see the third file you can download is the LAN Driver - Nvidia Ethernet Driver.

After you install the driver and restart your computer should detect if you are connected to the internet via LAN cable.

Hope this helps!
Please let me know if this information was helpful!

I don't so much have a problem. It's more of a question. I need to know what graphics cards are compatible with an emachine w3107, or atleast what makes one compatible so i know what to look for.

You currently have a NVIDIA GeForce 6100, if you have not upgraded already. You will need to be looking for any NVIDIA video card, and you can follow this link to see what you can get:
http://www.nvidia.com/content/HelpMeChoose/fx2/HelpMeChoose.asp?lang=en-us

unfortunately it does not say how many WATTS your power supply is on the emachine website so please make sure you see the requirements for the video card and see how many WATTS are require. You may need to upgrade your power supply.

Hope this helps, and I hope you find what you need and enjoy it! Please don't forget to rate, Thanks!
