Hi! I have the manual! ... I will try to scan in the whole manual, but for now:
Setting Alarms:
1) Press and hold ALM1 or ALM2 for two seconds until the alarm time flashes.
2) Press ALM1/HOUR to advance the hour and ALM2/MIN to advance the minute. The time will display "PM" if set to PM and nothing if set to AM
3) Clock will revert to normal operation when no buttons are pressed for 15 seconds. The alarm is now set and activated.

It is possible that the clock has old computer software code. If I recall the government changed Daylight Savings start up several weeks a few years. ago. My clock did not update also.

Look at the bottom right of the back of the clock and find the "M Set" button. Simply hold it down and the clock will move (very slowly). When it gets to the correct time, let go of the button. After that, the radio controlled shoul dcontrol should correct any minor differences in time.

How
to Change the Time Zone
Press and hold the “-“ button for 3 seconds the letter P
will appear where the seconds are than press and release the “-“ button until
the correct letter for your time zone appears.
The four time zones are P is Pacific, M is Mountain, C is Central and E
is Eastern Time zone. Press the SET
button to confirm or leave the setting to confirm and exit automatically.
