copied those files in a floppy inside a folder "WIN_XP".. then during setup f6 for driver selection.. then i just located tat floppy for drivers and my drive thus got recognised

1. put Motherboard Cd (come with p5rd1vm) in cd/dvd rom.
2. BIOS configur as boot from cdrom.
3. restart machin Motherboard CD boot with press enter
4. command line shows 4 option
5. Select 1st option for exact and proper copy ULi sata driver for winxp.
6. Insert floppy press enter
7.you see d copy procedure.
8.then this floopy insert when winxp setup asking F6 for additional driver.
