SOURCE: install guide for MCP73VT-PM MOBO

The guide can be found at:
http://download.ecsusa.com/dlfileecs/manual/mb/eng/p4/GF7050VT-M5V1.0/6_GF7050VT-M5%20V1.0A-LOW.pdf

It seems that the motherboard you have is a rebranded motherboard, so this manual should be accurate. Here is more info if you need it:

SOURCE: trying to find interal connectors 2-1 pin audio

It has been stated from my sources, that the ECS GF7050VT-M5 mobo, is the same as the ECS MCP73VT-PM, with a slight difference.

The difference being that the MCP73VT-PM mobo is based on the Micro-ATX form factor, and the GF7050VT-M5 is based on the ATX form factor.

[ Micro-ATX form factor size is 9.6 inches by 9.6 inches. 9.6 inches is approximately 9 and 9/16ths inches. It's also 244mm by 244mm.
ATX form factor is 12 inches by 9.6 inches. 305mm by 244mm ]

Suggest you let the file download all the way, before looking through it.

I'm also looking at an ECS MCP73VT-PM on Ebay, as well as the PDF motherboard manual for the ECS GF7050VT-M5.

Motherboard oriented so that the Processor is to the top, ram memory slots to the right, and the orange PCI Express x16 slot to the bottom, the SP/DIF header on the GF7050VT-M5 is located to the left of the PCI Express slot.

From the poor view on the Ebay link, the MCP73VT-PM also seems to have the SP/DIF header in the same location, but clocked differently.

The header is clocked perpendicular to the orange PCI Express x16 slot, while on the GF7050VT-M5 the SP/DIF header is parallel to the PCI Express x16 slot.

The header is 4 pins long, with 1 pin not installed.
Pin 1 is marked on the motherboard.

Pin 1 is SP/DIF Digital Output
Pin 2 is +5VA ( 5 Volt analog power)
Pin 4 is Ground

There is no Pin 3.

Hello!! the motherboard MCP73VT came in a emachine desktop I bought another one because the one in the machine does not want to boot.

that is a very old mobo, emachines is owned by acer.com now.
forget booting that last and means to an OS, like XP?
this PC is 14 years old. now and the coin cell battery is dead, located just below x16 PCI-e slot. flatsocket
first is that and next is get you monitor working with BIOS pages DEL key is the hot key to BIOS.
booting is last,(the OS boots last)

power is first and all fans working
PSU 24pin and that 4 pin power jack to CPU jack must be both connected.
the jumper (many) on the mobo must be set correctly the manual is found googled.

Use the VGA port on the MOBO rear.
the PC power lamp must glow turned on at power switch.
the fans must blow. all . must.

then the BIOS flash screen shows next and then POST error, if any
and list BIOS boot order set to HDD0 first. top of list , if the HDD is good it boots 14 year old OS, that is fully infected as all are XP.
got DDr2 RAM?

the goal is get bios working first and no coin cell lasted 14 years not one, sorry, 7 is spec max
1/2 that parked in a box the attic,

In BIOS new coin set time and date, and boot order. if it will not boot.

Emachines desktop stopped booting to bios/windows I get a typical startup beep followed a few seconds later by two shorter beeps.

your board might not be on this list but it might give you some idea's of what to try next ( see link )..my guess would be a bios flash which would mean getting on another pc/laptop,downloading the bios flash/save on a memory stick( or external hard drive ) boot pc while tapping F12 and scrolling down to boot from external ..but have a look here and see if anything helps...good luck

When you are asking for a wiring diagram--just what is it you are needing? Do you need to know where to hook up wires? What is it you are trying to connect?
This appears to be an ECS board and you find what you need:

MCP73VT-PM

Mmm that's not a good sign since the computer have integrated video card there a little chance that your motherboard has died, everything you would hear that is power on because the power supply do work properly but if the monitor doesn't show anything or do not hear any beeps, that probably means that your motherboard is dead.
