I guess you got a faulty device. BP monitor's should be accurate as they measure our blood pressure rate. I use Omron Health monitoring systems. I suggest you to try some other pharmacy, for such products.

SOURCE: My Omron HEM-712C digital blood pressure monitor

First, I do not believe there is any accurate way to measure blood pressure without having a valve installed; not a practical alternative.
The standard method using an arm-cuff and stethoscope is highly dependent on the person doing the measurement. Once my hearing started to fail, I had to go to a digital meter and found after three of these which failed and comparing my current Samsung to three different methods; manual, an elaborate 'calibrated' digital on a stand and another 'calibrated' cuff-type during an examination by a professional, none of these agreed better than 10-15 mm and the worst was 25-30 mm apart.
Using the average of those 'profis,' my current wrist-type digital measures about 10 points low on both systolic and diastolic so I just ignore the absolute numbers and use it only to determine relative deviations. For that, mine is repeatable enough.

SOURCE: Only blood pressure result I get is 'EE'

That either means you are moving, or you are inflating the cuff to soon after turning it on. Either of these is what mine means when I use it.

My blood pressure is 110/95 and my heart rate is 124/bpm. I am pregnant what does that mean?

110/95 Blood Pressure
Is 110/95 Good Blood Pressure or High Blood Pressure?

There are two parts or two separate numbers referred to as blood pressure: Systolic/Diastolic. If the blood pressure is 110/95 (110 over 95), it means that the systolic pressure is 110 and the diastolic pressure is 95.

110/95 blood pressure can also be read as 110/95 mm Hg, or 110/95 millimeters of mercury. The 110 mm Hg Systolic refers to the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats, and the 95 mm Hg Diastolic is the pressure in the arteries between heartbeats.

When determining if 110/95 is a good blood pressure, we looked at the American Heart Association's blood pressure chart.

Blood Pressure Systolic Diastolic Normal Less than 120 Less than 80 Prehypertension 120 - 139 80 - 89 High Blood Pressure
(Hypertension) Stage 1 140 - 159 90 - 99 High Blood Pressure
(Hypertension) Stage 2 160 or higher 100 or higher Hypertensive Crisis
(Emergency care needed) Higher than 180 Higher than 110
For 110/95 to be good, both numbers must fit into the "normal" category above. Otherwise, it will fall into other categories of High Blood Pressure.

Systolic reading of 110 is in the Normal range.
Diastolic reading of 95 is in High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Stage 1 range.
Therefore, 110/95 is High Blood Pressure (Hypertension Stage 1).

Not sure this is the right forum for your question. As we normally don't deal with medical questions. I suggest you go to www.webmd.com and research the treatment for your condition, as well as the medication your doctor used.

My Omron 711 seems to register readings that are too high when compared to doctor's office or monitors in drug stores, etc. Is there a way to check accuracy of the monitor?

Take the cuff to your doctors office and have the nurse check with yours and the office BP cuff. If your cuff is too small, you will get a false high reading.

Starts to inflate, but then get E message.

Electronic B.P. monitors that are sold in stores for home use are garbage. Return it and go to your local Drug store to have your B.P. Checked.

Systolic numbers do not form completely

Try changing the batteries if that doesn't work I would buy a new machine. If you have high blood pressure a lot of health care plans will buy you a monitor. Ask your health plan or doctor for more info.

Blood pressure monitor problem

The two numbers that measure your blood pressure are written like a fraction: one number on top and one on the bottom. The top number in a blood pressure reading refers to the systolic pressure. It measures the pressure inside your blood vessels at the moment your heart beats. The bottom number represents your diastolic pressure. It measures the pressure in your blood vessels when your heart is resting between heartbeats. A good blood pressure for most people will be under 120/80, as most people with blood pressure problems have high blood pressure. However, extreme low blood pressure can also be a serious health concern.
