Frigidaire oven The night before the problem started the electricity went off briefly in the night. My Mom came for a visit yesterday turned and turned the oven on broil. The door started locking then the timer started beeping. I unplugged the oven and it continued to have problems. When the oven is plugged in it first goes to 100 then LOC then door locked then F1 and the timer goes off. The timer continues to go off every 1/2 minute (until it is unplugged). We flipped the breaker but that did not help. Frigidaire model # FEF352 AWF self cleaning

Hello - Sounds like the element or the control board to the element is not communicating correctly. I would have a professional diagnose the element first. You may only need to replace it. Otherwise it could be the control board not allowing the element to heat up properly, a faulty mechanical thermostat or an oven sensor.

You have a bad EOC electronic oven control unit, They are readily available from any parts house. They do not have instruction but are not difficult as it is just a few screws and swap out wire for wire. It may be a good idea to buy it from a vendor that allows returns of electrical items. My Frigidaire FEFL79GSA cooking element is intermittent. Last night it went to high although the control knob was on low and would not turn off when the knob was turned off. I had to turn the breaker off...

I'm banking that infinite switch is bad (the knob) but there could be other issues. If it's just one burner doing it then I would assume the switch, but if not then I would get a technician.

Oven will not unlock.

There is a little motor at the back of the oven that rotates a shaft that runs all the way to the front of the oven to lock the door. The motor may be shot:
