I did not know that the Sony FS series has digital capability. This is supposed to be the most basic model of CRT flat screen TV that Sony made.
You can get a digital cable or satellite box that outputs analog baseband or component analog video and analog audio. You can then connect this box in to the TV set. The TV will then display the analog signal from the digital box.
If your cable or sat box is able to tune in standard channels, but cannot tune in the ones that are on digital service, then the fault is with the box, or the cable or sat system. This you should address to the TV service provider.

All you have to do is to check if the unit is properly plug to ac outlet,and there is a presence of AC,to check you must plug other appliance to confirm,check if there is no cut wire on the ac cord of your tv,the unit was turned on?,if everything is okay,you must call a repairman.You must state your knowledge in repairs so that I can make solutions like troubleshooting.
Tips for possible problem, try to listen the "chechk" sound when you plug the unit, a sign of power supply start up,that means the power supply is working,if that sound repeat at 2 times /sec. the power supply is overloaded,if no sound at all, the power supply is in trouble.
