Having a problem with my car DVD player

If you only purchased it 3 months ago it should still be under warranty.

Just bring it back to your place of purchase for a refund or exchange.

I would speak to your local department store. Go to the Entertainment section and pick the brains of the young guy/girl who looks like they where sunblock indoors.

just odered a cord yesterday from Todd and its on its way by UPS

Returned it to store,got adifferent brand name

radio shack has a web sight youll have to fill a form out butt they can assist with finding your parts you need

i too went 3months with no remote or codes finally a young tech at walmart in another town told me to use 0171 code but cable guy set me up on cable remote to turn tv on and off tech told me to get a one for all remote 9.99 at walmart and code it but to also push setup code for tvdvd and enter code i use cable remote for tv viewing and the one for all to reach video 2 (press tv/vid button twice) for games and dvd player now i can access menu and use my tv as it should hope this helps

Did the dvd start, if so can this be a bad dvd player. It could need cleaning. Have you tried another device, like vcr or another dvd

you have to look on the back of your dvd player to see what region your player is then you will have to check the dvds that you have from colombia and warner bros and see what are thier region.you dont have to purchase a new dvd just dont buy or rent dvds from the above mention place.if the region on the dvds of both place do not match your dvd player you will be wasting your time.good luck.

Contact Tech Support for Pioneer. They have a call back on the Flex Cable which is the source of all your problems. It took 2-3 weeks for the repairs. Although, now I have a problem with the screen rolling out.
