Light Bulbs under Microwave (over range) Not Working

Others have asked the question but no one has provided a contact # so you can order part to repair. It it is a $32.00 Board, how do I repair it and where do I order it ? Problem is night-light is not working but all other is working.

This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a failure on the controller.

This can often also affect the exhaust fan, cooling fan, turntable, and/or inside light operation, too.

It all depends on your full model number (you left off the suffix) but one version's service manual is here.

In some cases, it is a fuse or thermostat / thermal cutout / TCO, in others a surge has occurred, requiring circuit board repair.

This surge can be from the power line, or due to blown cooktop bulbs.

The range-top light blew and now replacement bulbs
My Whirlpool/Roper microwave/hood combo has the same problem. I replaced the bulb twice, checked the bulb and it works, but not in the microwave. I wrote to Whirlpool asking about the problem. Haven't heard from them yet.

The turn table and fan are connected in series with the bulb,as you have mentioned that you have replaced bulb,so please check again for any loose contact on bulb holder or bulb continuity again.
