So i had my mix stix but then i lost it i found it again and then when i charged it i dont know why but it was blinking red and green and i tried to turn it on but it wouldn't turn on it just keep blinking red and green and there is a switch that said hold and i don't know which way to turn it

I had the same issue. I took it to a friend of mine who is good with computers hoping he might be able to fix it........and he did....apparently the HOLD button was slid to the right locking all functions...once he slid it to the left closest to the power button, it worked fine. Imagine my embarrassment...I hope this is all that is wrong with yours as well

Solution, I took a pin and pushed the reset botton next to the jack port. It shut down the player, then I put the power back on and it has been working ever since.....

yes there is a little hole next to the usb slot where you poke a needle or safety pin in !! good luk! :D
