Is there a instruction version available to download for this model. Software version of my cellphone is KP500AT_V10d.

You may also need the verizon music sync package for that phone, it comes with a cable to connect it to the P.C. The CD will have a program that syncs music. Just install it because the drivers are built into the software and you have to have it installed in order to use the drivers. Once this is installed, download BITPIM ( google it, its free ) or find some other converter program that can convert to 3gpp files for you, then you can creat and add music, ringtones and pictures and convert video file onto the phone for free.
Remember to have the verizon software installed or the PC wont be able to detect your phone.

1. i strongly recommend to upgrade your firmware from www.lg.com
2. for the max application limit, press the central button, then press the little purple arrow (up) and close some open things or press the close all button (or something like this).
