Question about Apple iPod touch
Click start control panel scroll to folder options view place a tick in show hidden files folders and drives
or you might click start control panel click tools from the top toolbar then from the drop down list
folder options tick in the show hidden folders and drives
this may vary depending on your operating system
go back to computer Ipod go to Ipod controls Device
there will be a folder saying locked right click select delete or rename it to unlocked your Ipod should be open
