You have to do three things. 1) Turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone. 2) Set your phone to search for new devices to pair with. 3) Tell your headset to search for new devices to pair with. Unfortunately all three things are device specific, so if you can't figure out how to do #1 & #2 through the phone's menu tree, let me know what phone you have and I'll see what I can find out. #3 is accomplished on some headsets by holding down the power button for a certain length of time (ie-turn on the headset on and continue to hold the power button).
Following are the Work arounds after checking the appropriate settings with the help of the manual :
1. Try changing the name of your device and the pairing device..
2. Check the visibility of the other device..
3. Try factory reset in your device
4. Try factory in the other device
5. Check with manufacturer
this simple...touch blutooth icon..see screen say num 1 power and a tab in corner say on ...touch it and its on (blutooth activated)

my i9 phone does not apply the touch screen anymore and the pen calibration i cant click on screen . when i try to calibrate it keeps on the same infomation of "touch where the point is , left, center and right.
Unfortunately it sounds like the phone is not compatible with your phone-kit. Have you tried the phone with another bluetooth kit or headset? Also, you should try another phone with the car kit to make sure the problem isn't there.
