The Parrot 3200 dials the wrong digits even though I browse to contact and press "call"..?

To reset your Parrot 3200 LS speakerphone, you can follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for at least 10 seconds.
2. Release the button when the LED indicator on the device starts flashing red and blue.
3. Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button again for at least 10 seconds until the LED indicator turns solid blue.
4. Release the button. The device is now reset and ready to be paired with a new device.

Alternatively, you can use the button on the back of the device and press and hold it for 10 seconds.
It's important to note that resetting your speakerphone will erase all of your stored contacts and settings, so you will need to reconfigure them after the reset.
Also, make sure that the speakerphone is not connected to any device via Bluetooth or wired, as it might be necessary to turn the device off to reset the speakerphone.
Keep in mind that a reset is a troubleshoot step and if the issue persists after the reset, it's recommended to contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

Your Parrot may need updating to work properly with a phone as new as the C5. but you can try the following,
To send a contact
* From the phone press MENU button and go to CONTACTS
* Select the contact you want to send and chose OPTIONS / SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for the available devices
* From the list select the Parrot Product

To send several contacts:
* From the phone press MENU button and go to CONTACTS
* Select the contact you want to send and choose OPTIONS / MARK/UNMARK / MARK
* Repeat procedure for several contacts
* Open the OPTIONS menu and chose SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for the available devices
* From the list select the Parrot Product

The first time that you switch on the 3200 LS-Color, you must pair your mobile phone with the kit.

1.Enable the Bluetooth mode on your phone.

2.On the hands-free kit, scroll through the menus until you come to Settings Pair with phone and select the relevant option for your phone. A 4-digit PIN code then appears on screen. Memorize it.

3.Then from mobile serach the 3200 LS-Color device

Once the search has finished, "Parrot 3200LS / Parrot 3400LS" is displayed on your phone.

4.Select the kit. Your phone prompts you to enter a code: key in the code shown on the kit screen and confirm on your phone.

5.The kit's screen displays "Pairing".

6.Once the data has been exchanged, "pairing successful" appears on the 3200 LS-Color.

It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

Hi, i copied this from parrots web site, you need to send all the contacts together to the parrot.
* From the phone go to:
* Press the MENU button then select PEOPLE
* Select a contact and press MENU button then tap SEND CONTACT
* Choose option "SEND CONTACT-BLUETOOTH" then tap SEND
* Select SCAN FOR DEVICES
* The phone will search for the available devices
* From the list select the Parrot Product
* Contact will be sent OK

ask parrot is the best answer i can can give, go to parrot.com and follow contact us to send an enquiry. I do speak to parrot regularly and i know that some samsung phones are them lots of problems.

I had the same issue with my Nokia phone a long time ago. To solve that issue I had to upgrade the Parrot's firmware with the laptop through bluetooth connection while in the car. I have done this a few times to get the most out of my parrot.

I recently got a Blackberry and had no issues with the contacts whatsoever. I do have to say that I dont have 500 contacts, but only 130.

If I were you I would try to update the Parrots firmware to the latest one available in the parrots website.

I am not sure if the parrots has a maximum contacts restriction. That might be also your problem.

* Select a contact to send by pressing OPTIONS / MARK-UNMARK / MARK
* Select your contacts to send then select OPTIONS / SEND BUSINESS CARD / VIA BLUETOOTH / MORE DEVICES
* The phone will search for available devices
* Select the CK3100 from the list and the contacts are sent to your car kit

you may need to update the parrot software and also make sure you phone software is upto date. you can try sending contacts manually by going to contacts / mark all / send as business card / via bluetooth.
