Can anyone tell me why i cant pick up a password link on my e.mail when i have forgotten my original password

Which email service?
There should be a "Can't access your account?" or "Need help?" or similar link on the sign-in page.

Try the forgot password link on the yahoo page it should send you a code to reset your password. If you don't have an alternate e-mail it may just be better to create a new one.

1. First make sure that you Son has forgotten the e-mail for real. Because if he doesn't want you to access he might have changed the password.
2. If you are sure about that, use this link.
3. You have to enter your:

• Current e-mail address
• The old e-mail address which you have forgotten the password
• Fill the form and send it

They will contact you ASAP and you will have to prove (provide witnesses) that you are the owner of the account. Such as your friends list, Privacy settings, Messages received recently etc...

log on to yahoo mail sign in page, click the link "forgotten password" answer security questions, choose new password and confirm. you will get a confirmation e-mail.....good luck !
