there is no function to print it on the fax you sent but you can have a come journal.

Thank you for the above information.
Please ask rlandriani to access the user parameters on the fax machine and turn the Quick Memory XMT to "Off" or "Invalid".
This should set the machine for direct manual sending without memory intervention.

if this doesnt work there is somthing wrong with unit

I'm not sure which key is used on that model but look for a key that says one of these: menu/user settings/reports/program.

what you are really trying to do is get to your reports programming section, then select tx report, then choose print tx report and will fix your problem, you may want to change you fax number if that number changed also.

I would suggest looking in the User's manual uner "passwords" and try to either reset or clear out the password info.
