My machine showed the same message. It is stored in an outside wash-house and occurred after the recent low temperatures. I cured it by pressing the button next to the message. It appeared again but I pressed the button again and it started working. I have read that the machine has a defrost function and that pressing the temperature button twice starts this and will show a snowflake in the top right hand corner. Haven't tried this, so don't know if this is case or not.

Hope this helps.

Unplug your bosch for 15 minutes
plug it back in and allow it about an hour to re-write its program

you may have had a power surge

We have had power surges a lot so when we got the code mid-wash we pressed the start button for a few seconds and it started again so it finished the load.

MY BOSCH LOGICXX8 WHILE WASHING KEEPS COMING UP ITH F37 AND WONT STOP EVEN WHEN IVE UNPLUGED IT PLEASE HELP

The Bosch Logixx 8 washers indicate an F37 error when the temperature sensor is defective. Sometimes this can happen if the incoming water line gets too cold. If that is the case, pressing the temperature button twice may help. (You should see a snowflake in the top left corner of the LCD screen.) Otherwise try thawing the water pipes.

If the problem isn't cold/frozen water lines, then the temperature sensor is faulty, the wiring between the sensor and the control board could be damaged or the control board has a problem getting the temperature information. Check the sensor and the wiring first. Often there is a sheet inside the washer (near the control board) with the expected resistance across the sensor and other parts. Unplug the washer before testing.

Please add a comment with the model of the washer for a parts diagram or price list. If your washer is under warranty, contact Bosch about the error.

I hope this helps.

Machine in cold shed. Supply pipes no longer frozen, but machine still displays F37 error and beeps and no water getting in. Have tried presssing temp button twice but no good.

F37 is because of operating the unit below specified temperatures.

Pressing the temperature button twice shows a snowflake and sets a defrost function.

F37 fault code on washine machine

the machine has a defrost function, pressing the temperature button twice will start this and show a snowflake in the top right hand corner Press the temperature button twice, ( A snowflake will appear in the top left corner) this acts as a defrost button. F37 will probably occur more often if your machine is stored in a outhouse. or try thawing out the water pipe.
