My camcorder-camera doesn't charge....

When i charged it, the light is red and flash 3 time.....but after, the light i''solid''.....not flashing....i charge it all the night but it's still not open....

excuse my english.....i hope you will understand...

almost the same, the camera was functioning until the battery ran out, since it was during an event, I did not close it, later when I wanted to charge, it just blink green for three times, then off, nothing happened. if I remove the battery, and connect AC, it does not even blink, please help, thanks

Ihave a canon zr 40 mini digital vidio camera it want take charge the battery is new.Does it have to be off to charge it? IT is suppose to flash when charging and it want can you helpme with this problem?

If you don't use the battery for a long period of time even a new battery may become dead. You can try a new battery. If it still doesn't work then the problem is with the charging IC. u can also try a desktop charger instead of direct charger.

Redl ight blinking but battery(ies) fully charged

Flashing red could indicate dew sensor (camera has condensation/ damp) or other fault. See your manual Troubleshooting section.

I'm having a hard time getting my Flip HD to charge. It is brand new and this is the first time I've had to charge it. Sometimes the red light is on and steady and other times the red light is flashing. ...

I had this charging problem with 2 new Flip Ultra HD cameras...red light flashing..nothing on the screen after plugging in the USB port.

I removed the battery..plugged camera into USB port..pc recognized the camera... installed flipshare software..updated software...plugged battery back in..all good.

Why on earth the book doesn't mention these steps is beyond me.

When charging battery green light flashes then red 3 times

KODAK Easyhare digital camera light status
1. Blinking green light(or blinking blue or white light in some models) - Means camera is performing a power up procedure. Note: Wait a few moments to see if the camera displays a solid green (or blue or white) light or a blinking red light.
2. Solid green light(or blinking blue or white light in some models) - Means Camera has sufficient power
3. Blinking red light - Means camera batteries are weak or need replacement; If battery are new and still red light camera needed to be repaired

When i go to charge my kodak M863 camera (in the wall or by USB) the green light flashes and then the red light blinks 3 times. please help this is the first time charging my camera.

You can used the USB cable to charged the camera, But some of the M863 camera will not take charged usign the USB cable., I strongy suggest used the AC adaptor just make sure the AC adaptor is 5V ac adaptor it will only charged using the 5V adaptor., About the flashing green it indicates camera is charging just wait for the solid green light it means it fully charged

You may purchased also a special charger for your battery(KLIC-7001)- cahrer model is K8600-C. i think the price of this charger is around $29.00

Ok the lightning bolt is your power indicator: solid green-charging, Flashing green-fully charged, flashing red-low battery, flashing red three times the once green-bad battery. the "trash can" looking one is your hard drive activity indicator it will flash while your hard drive is reading and writing.

I believe that the camera will not charge directly from the computer - testing this theory myself... however I went to Radio Shack tonight and they have them there for 30 bucks (a bit outragious if you as me)

YOU PEOPLE IT IS JUST THE BATTERY THAT IS IN IT!.. BECAUSE THAT BATTERY IS NOT ONLY FOR AFTER IT IS CHARGED IT ALSO WORKS TO SHOW THE DISPLAY SCREEN! BECAUSE IF YOU TAKE OUT THE BATTERY THE LIGHT STAYS ON WHILE ITS PLUGGED INTO THE COMPUTER! MY BF IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM TRY BUYING A NEW BATTERY!! ITS THE SOLUTION! the battery is caput!
