Shut it down by holding the power button until the screen goes black, don't tap the power off button, wait for the black screen. Then let your phone charge for a few hours (maybe over night) with power off and see if that helps.
Since there is nothing you can do to fix this at home you have 2 choices, replace the camera or send it back to the manufacturer for exchange (very expensive)
Hi. Turn on the computer then keep on tapping the F12 key while computer is starting up. Once you are prompted with the boot menu select the harddrive (ussually the first item) then press enter.
This is often caused by the screen lights or screen failing. Try looking at the screen from different angles in different light conditions, you might just be able to see the image.
My Phone has done that a couple of times before. It would slowly start turning off more & more often then it wouldn't turn on with the same problem as you.
Turns out it was the battery as it was a couple of Months old & was out of warranty.
