SOURCE: dell latitude bios reset
The BIOS setup password is stored in NVRAM and can only be accessed with that password. On the bottom of the laptop there is a Service Tag number. Dell support site can use that number to generate a master password for you. http://support.dell.com/support/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~ck=mn If you need further help please post back. For the Dell Latitude E6400 The Webcam is actually optional. To check whether you have it on your laptop look at the top of your screen. On the left of the display latch, you are supposed to find 3 items there if you have a webcam. The left most side is the microphone, so it is actually a very small hole, followed by a small light, the indicator for the webcam and a small circular one that is the webcam. If you do not have any of these on the left side of that latch then your latitude did not come with a webcam.
