You will have to disassemble the player part of the unit to remove the stuck CD. Once the CD has been removed, you will have to examine the player to determine whether it can be used again.
it needs to be serviced.
best is to , remove it and upgrade to a media center with no CD.
CD;s are dead. everyone use flash USB sticks now,
like 4000 songs on one stick easy.
the HEAD end CD player must be dismantled to find cause.
it can be simple (done many i have) or hard, expensive and hard to get parts. inside. or just a dirty switch.
have you tried disconnecting the battery cables? if this does not work, a CD may be stuck in it! You will have to remove the changer and open it up to remove the cd!
If the two cd's which are stuck, if you can see that cd's then pull the cd with pliers. Its a two mouth pliers to pull the things out.The cd may get cracked/ break while removing. But if the cd's are not seen or its very hard stuck, then in that case. The cd player has to be removed out of dash.Yes it will be time consuming, and will not be very simple. But once the player is out, its not much to do.The cd player bottom has few screws to be removed.Once you remove the screws, the complete top assembly will get lifted. You can say" complete casing" will be lifted.Once the casing is out.You will visually see the cd, and you can manually slide the cd out and remove it.----------

This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
OK I fixed it. One of the CD's had gotten stuck between trays in the loader. I pulled out a few CD's by forcing open the trays gently. However even after removing as many cd's as possible one was still stuck. 1. Remove screws holding cover plate on in back and sides. 2. Remove cover. 3. Lift face plate latches and lift over top of unit. Remove serial cables from connectors on board. Take face plate and place aside. Remove screws from back of CD tray unit and bend back metal tab with flathead screwdriver. Lift CD unit up on one side so you can get your fingers up inside underneath and push stuck cd towards tray openings. You can gently force top few trays out. You may need to shake unit so that stuck cd reaches open end. Pull out CD. 4. Replace faceplate and connect serial cables. Plug in power cord, power on unit and make sure trays will eject normally. 5. Put it all back together!
You have 2 solutions. You can either a) remove the cover from the megachanger, which consists of removing about 6-8 screws. With the cover off, locate the stuck CD and remove it. Or b) press the "Open" button and remove enough CDs so you can reach into the unit and remove the one that is stuck. The solution you choose will probably depend on how many CDs are currently in the player.
