Washing machine flashing h/f or f/h its a kenmore elite quiet pak 4 what does the mean

Fh means no water in tub ..ck drain hose to be sure end is at least 30 ins from floor and fits loosely in standpipe most likely suspect is the flow meter located under top cover on left side small round object with 2 small hoses and blue wires attached it is supposed to let computer bd water is flowing into machine ..try tapping it with screwdriver handle if fixs problem replace it ven if tapping doesn't work may still be bad also chance water level switch is bad
