New lamp put into my 62 in after it get hot it turns off. Whats the problem

Check all fans are clear and working. If all cooling is working and clear and free from dust clogs then it may be a faulty lamp.Unfortunately the only way to test is by substitution. Sorry

Toshiba model number 62HM95 62' makes grinding noise

SORRY, This is from the authorized Toshiba parts center:

"The color wheel, lamp fan, lamp fan holder are parts of the LIGHT ENGINE only." It means the wheel is not sold separately and there is not even listed in the breakdown for the set a part number.

A replacement light engine (optical light engine) retails for 456.00 list and is sold on an exchange basis only.

Humming noise

Hello,

The light enigine shouldn't be that difficult to replace if you have a decent amount of time and are moderately mechanically inclined. You can order the original Toshiba replacement light engine for this model (62HM95) from a major Toshiba parts distributor at the link below:

Noise problem from the lamp cooling fan on 52HM85 model.

Its not the fan, its the color wheel assembly. Unfortunately, its not available from Toshiba. Check with PTS in Indiana.

Humming noise & color changes picture flashes from red to green

our 62hm15 had the same problem and it was the dmd fan, which means the whole light engine needs replacing. this was going to cost us $1600. I hope yours is under warranty

Toshiba 62 hm 95

The buzzing is most likely the fan. A low volume intermittent screeching (like when a small motor needs lubricant) is probably the light engine. It also may have a really wacky picture with the sound.

Simutaneous clanking and dimming

Hello Miggs,

This sounds like a color wheel or cooling fan issue. I would take the set back and have them check the color wheel and fan assemblies.

I hope this helps
Thank you,
