Storm blew though this morning. Clock appears to have frozen at 6:49am. Not advancing. No response from any buttons, light doesn't come on when you open the door. Tried all our breakers to the kitchen, and the clock is still on. Any thoughts?

How long does it run before it fails? Does it look like the display is getting scrambled characters? I'm leaning toward a bad magnetron, but it may be more or less than that. If you can give more details and especially the actual full model number (as opposed to the model name Advantium 120) that would help. Thanks!

You may consider using epoxy to "glue" the handle back into place. The epoxy will be stronger than the handle itself. If you do this get the one minute epoxy

Most likely a blown fuse inside the MW. It will be on the control board or on the incoming power line inside the cabinet.

Didn't want to have to pull the unit out of the wall (built in). Feeling stupid, now, though: I went through the rest of the breakers, found our microwave on a completely unexpected circuit. flipped it off, left it off for about 5 minutes. Now working fine. Thanks!
