It does not appear that mattel sells these as replacement parts. Can anyone help?
I found a set of worm gears that has 2 of the gears you need.
Google search, worm gear svm-103. It is a packet with a lot of worm gears but the 2 big ones work perfectly.
I called the FP loction in Pennsylvania recently and had the option to be the entire motor for $80. They didn't have one listed for my "exact" model but it's the same as several that they still carry. I don't think you can buy just the worm gear from them but I see parts for these all the time on eBay. You might luck out and find what you need there or in a parts replacement forum for small motors if you know exactly what you need.

Make sure the legs are pulled out all of the way by pulling the legs outward. Make sure the buttons snap into the notches in the motorized frame. Also check to be sure the legs are locked into position by pushing the legs inward. The legs should not move. Also if you can adjust the swing from side to side make sure it is locked in place. That should fix it.

It's been a while since I have dealt with these. There is usually an off switch located along the swing bar check to make sure it is in the on position and that the switch itself hasn't been disconnected. Double check to be sure the swing is level and the safety isn't stopping it from working.
