Psp can't be switched off neither. green light stays on

BIOS is corrupted on the mainboard inside of the PSP. Unplug the battery and also unplug the ac adapter.
After about 5 minutes plug up just the ac adapter and turn on the psp and see if you get video of any kind. If you can't get into any menus or any video to come up then your motherboard is corrupted and would need to be replaced. Hopefully if your psp is still convered under warranty you can get a replacement.

you bricked your psp when you downloaded your custom firmware. google pandora and look for batterys i cant tell you where exactly because sony has a copyright.
they should have a pandora battery and magic memory stick order the kit they offer and follow the instructions it comes with. that should install your firmware correctly

This sounds like you have "bricked" your psp... there are a few things that can cause this: first would be that you have bricked it trying to install Custom Firmware, another would be that the battery died or it was shut off during an update. You can buy what is called a Pandora Battery and a "magic" memory stick which will reset your PSPs firmware to the original 1.5, or if you still have warranty you can send it in to Sony to get fixed. Pandora batteries and Magic Memory Sticks are sold in a package for about $10-15 on the internet. Good Luck, hope you fix it.

You most likely bricked it from an update. Depending on your psp's model you can diy a solution or your stuck with sending into Sony.
