ERROR CODE E 60 washing machine zanussi ZWG1100M

The washing machine suddenly stopped working, on the display it appeared error code E60, we've tried everything but, the same error code appears again and again, it fills in with water, but the motor doesn't turn, please can anybody help us ? thanks

This can be due to error in the control board. Shut down and remove plug and when switched on press down the start/stop button. If the error does not clear this can be a fault in the motor drive within the control panel board.
Remove the panel and check the connections to the motor, check the motor and the capacitor to the motor or if the motor is jammed.

SOURCE: the Washing Machine fills and then empties with not running a wash cycle

possible a pressure stat fault. some pressure stats have a too high water detector which turns on pump

Does the machine drain out water in the beginning of the process ? In case it drains out water: -Check first the filters on the inlet water line. - If problem still exist,test for 115/220V on solenoid tags. Good luck !

Hi I had this on my zanussi not long ago I pressed the reset button in for 5 seconds and it stopped . The computer board needed resetting. Hope this helps
