I have a 32 inch ILO model 1WT3206. Was working great last night. Turned on in the morning and no picture. Have sound. Remote control works. Sound goes high and low. Input for DVD works. TV only about 3 years old. There was no warning signs like picture fading or anything. Just turned on in the morning and no picture.

Unplug TV set from the outlet, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, select right input with your remote if you using cable box or Punch the channel that you want to watch if you have cable service connected directly to the TV.
Do you still get sound? If you do get sound, then the problem can be in the backlight inverter board or in the main power supply that supply 24vdc to the inverter board.
What I hear you saying is that your main television tuner shows lines only while the PIP is functioning properly. The PIP works by using a separate tuner from the main tuner of your television (like a vcr tuner). Since the PIP works then it appears that your main tv tuner is not working anymore. It will probably have to be replaced. I recommend looking at our online technician list for a professional near you.
If it is under warranty, you would be better off the return it for an exchange as the main board will need to be replaced. this board is not cheap. Good Luck
