It sound like your hard drive has crashed. There is no easy solution to your problem. Here are a couple solutions. You need to run a "chkdsk". It will scan and fix file problems on your HD. To do this you can either download a boot disk like "Ultimate boot disk" or you can take the HD out of your laptop and attach it to another computer. Neither of these are easy, for the boot disk you need to have software that can burn a "iso image" to a cd and to attach the HD to another computer you have to have the proper adapter. I would be happy to walk you through either one of these, just let me know. The easist thing to do would be to contact Acer and get recovery cds then go buy a new hard drive. I would take the old one to the store, to be sure I got the right replacement HD.

Could be that the hard drive is not making a good connection. Turn the laptop upside down. Find the "latch" where the hard drive is "housed" and remove the drive... Then carefully and firmly replace it and make sure it makes good contact. Then try again to boot the laptop. If it still does not start up TAKE IT BACK to where you bought it from and let them sort it out 'cause it is supposed to be under warranty for at least 1 year

0F00 errors are hard disk drive errors. You will need to replace the hard drive. If under warranty, call Dell Tech support. If not, then you can buy a new drive from places like Newegg.com
