Hi. i've got a KU990 and i cant find any way of downloading photos from phone to the comp, appart from using bluetooth (which can be very very slow).
ive succesfully installed the pc drive cd.
but when i connect the phone to computer it always fails.
i've tried using the usb and bluetooth, but each time i connect it, whenever i try to sync the phone it always says that there is a connection error.
is there any solutions to this?
Yes janne_y_ang, I would have to tell you that from my own personal exprerience from using this phone has lead me to the conclusion that using BLUETHOOTH or the SOFTWARE CD are not the best or fastest ways to sync or transfer files from your computer to your phone or vise versa, so Im going to tell you the safest, fastest, and Easiest way to do it, using your USB ,but it may require you to change settings manually on your device first. Make sure you have a Memory card,
Choose settings for USB connections
1.Find "USB connection mo..."
Once you've done this and have your memory in your device, Open the MY COMPUTER folder in your computer and connect your device to your computer using the USB cord, a new Icon will appear containing the folders from your device's memory card, that way you will easily be able to transfer files back and forth without the NEED of any sofware Cd's or use slow Bluethoot.

Try this it worked as mine was doing the same - find the device manager for the connection , click on it and view the drivers tab - UNINSTALL THE DRIVER. Then plug your phone in again- it came up instantly with the autoplay program asking what to do with the device. Please make sure you are on the correct connection!

I have the same problem. always fails to connect, even bluetooth won't work. I find it usually connects (though not all the time) when the phone ISN'T in standby mode. if i keep tapping somewhere on the homescreen to keep it lit it sometimes lets me connect.
Yes I have the same problem I plug in my mobile phone via usb and PC suite won't recognise it?
