Display panel flashes 126, keypad nonresponsive HELP!!

The carousel cannot located the home position. Can be caused by:

Light gate bulb burned out

Carrier not rotating (problem with motor circuit or mechanical problem)

we had the same problem with our 1015 vinyl omt, we replaced the ac/dc rectifier and the 2 big capacitors and the problem was solved. (it cost about 15 euro's) good luck!

The problem is most likely the keypad. The contacts inside wear over time. I have these in stock, or you can send the keyboard in for overhaul. Please email [email protected].

Have you checked the power supply in your jukebox for any blown fuses or circuit breakers that have tripped?

A flashing 8 on the display indicates that the Selection and Credit Computer hasn't detected the gripper arm has returned to it's normal rest position over the CD carrier (where the CDs are stored). It can be caused by several factors:

1. Gripper motor switch has been turned off
2. K7 microswitch or actuator is defective
3. Blown fuse in amplifier
4. Defective gripper motor
5. Open latch solenoid coil
6. Defective Selection and Credit Computer

(1) TIGHTEN THE ALLEN SCREWS ON GEARS, THAT ARE ON THE CD MOTOR MAGAZINE.
NOT THE GRIPPER MOTOR.
MAKE SURE ALL SCREWS ON EVERY GEAR IS TIGHT.
(2) THERE IS A SMALL LAMP THAT COUNTS THE CD RECORDS AS IT SPINS, IF THE SCREWS ON THE BRACKET THAT HOLD THE COUNTING LAMP IS LOOSE THAT COULD BE YOUR PROBLEM.

At the far side of the white nylon gears at the base of the gripper arm is a small white 'duck bill' bracket, which clicks a microswitch when the gripper is over the carousel. When it breaks or comes loose it fails to click the microswitch and the arm doesnt stop.
