I have a Sony Cyber shot DSC-T! and the camera's L CD is blurred and distorted. All other functions OK. Can make out somewhat of what I'm shooting but looks like everything is longgated and Blurry. Lots of color. Thanks for your help Is this thing toast?

Only ccd imager is toast in DSC-T1 and replacement of this part will bring this camera in to function again.
Sony will repair your DSC-T1 free of cost for bad ccd imager problem.

Blurred images when subject moves

With a point&shoot camera you don't have much control. You can try to get a faster shutter speed by setting the camera to the sports mode. You can also try raising the ISO, assuming you already haven't, though that will increase the noise.

Other than that, you're just going to have to increase the light, possibly by using the flash.

N auto mode of shooting flash setting cant be changed in sony cyber shot model no dsc w-170

as long as you have a menu button on your camera you should be able to control these functions.turn the camera on in auto or manual. hit menu soon as the camera comes on,now you should be allowed to make any chages you choose.hope this helped.good luck

Try shooting on Sports Mode rather than auto mode .... it should be fine then
