The light bulb means "ready". It's the "you're good to go" light. Solid means "ready". Flashing means "busy".

it is only a problem if it is on in combination with other lights. See this pdf for a reference of all the lights, and what they mean:

When putting it on all lights are flashing one way ,at the same time as a results the printer doesnot want to print because one light should be on to show that it can print.

All service errors are indicated by all lights flashing as the primary notification or code. Please press the continue button to display the secondary error message or code. The secondary code indicates an area or function which has the error.

The second light from the top is blinking and the fifth light from the top is on. What do these error messages mean?

it means paper jam in manual feed. but i am not sure witch is the second you talk about, is it the ready light or the next one?

All front panel are blinking- lexmark E232 printer

When all the lights on the printer's operator panel blink at the same time, the printer is displaying a primary service error. This indicates that something has failed in the printer. In order to determine what has failed in the printer, you will need to obtain the secondary error code. Please the continue button twice to see the secondary code. Once you have the secondary error code, please call Lexmark Technical support for further assistance.

Lexmark E232 secon light from the top keeps blinking I think this is ink, I can print a test page and it is nice and dark and prints fine

All lights flashing on E232 Lexmark Printer. No fan coming on when on switch.

Light sequence means that the printer has a service error. Turn the printer off and back on. If the lights are still blinking, contact Lexmark Technical Support.

Hi, My Lexmark E232 printer is on but will not print. The light second from the bottom is orange. Help!!

That second from the bottom orange light indicates a paper jam. Press Continue to resume printing once all the jammed pages are cleared from the paper path. Press Continue twice quickly to see the secondary error code. See "Secondary error codes" on page 69 of the user manual for more information.

Why are all the lights flashing on my e232
