I'm having problems playing my videos in Microoft Media player as well as Adobe Premier CS3. I assume that I need to convert the files but I can't find a free program that works. Can you help?
I have the same problems as well. I changed the extension from .mod to mpg and mpeg and avi but still cant play video on windows media player, real player and quicktime. I have read some blogs, but still to no avail. HELP!!!!!!!

You will need to contact Adobe directly in order to purchase a genuine authorization code for Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/
My gut says that the software used to view the vidoes needs to be updated to a version that supports the latest video codecs. My guess is that you are trying to view .mp4 files but the player can only play the audio portion.
If you are using Windows Media Player, then either get the newest version or try an alternate video player like VideoLan VLC or Media Player Classic - Home Cinema which support more file formats.
Since your question is not so clear, I have to assume myself that pictures and videos saved on your phone can't play on your computer after they are transferred to your computer. The message simply means that the codec installed on your system does not support the media type that you are playing. If you don't have any other player installed on your system you have to try with this one Vlc media Player(click here to download). Download it, and install, now open the downloaded files (video or pic or audio) using this player. Hopefully that should work. Alternatively you can use this player instead of Windows Media Player, but on the other hand, you can still play those files using Windows Media Player. The only thing you need is to install a codec, like Klite megacodec packs, Acemega codec packs, etc.. Click here to download Klite mega codec packs Download, Install and restart your computer, now you'll be able to play any type of media file using your windows media player and other players. If you have problem, let me know. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.
The panasonic vidoe are in quicktime - you will need to either download quicktime software to run the vidoe clips or you can convert the file format from quicktime into windows media player format. The codecs you are downloading may convert your files but I am not familiar with GO.
I suggest you download quicktime for now, so you can at least play your vidoes. be sure to check your operating system for the download.

At a later date, you may or may not want to edit them in which case you can download a conversion tool or do so online.
try going to nvidia.com to download the latest drivers for your card, just to check you have plugged a power connector aswell in the card? sorry if its a daft question but ive seen it done a few times.
