I gave my phone to nokia care .at the time when i gave it ,its keys were working properly but when they returned it its keys are not working and im not able to switch on the mob.is there any solution for this
Why you had given to Nokia Care, What was the problem which take you to repair center.you should explain first.Hy, Chandraka, first thing make sure if your device is charging, if charge that means your device is working there is problem with keypad belt (which you need to change), so second you should not take your device in prior condition then before with Nokia Care, i think you should give responsibilty of this to Nokia Care.

Hello. This is a common issue with keypads when the unit starts ageing. The flex cable needs replacement. Check the following and look up your model.
