Turn off the power to the oven. Grip the glass light cover and turn anti-clockwise. I think the lamp then unscrews.
Replace lamp, turn on power and check if lamp lights up, replace cover twist clockwise to fasten.
What do you mean that it wont stay on? Does it turn off and on during cooking? Does it just go off and wont come back on? The oven thermostat regulates the heat in the oven and the oven element and the oven indicator light will turn off and on during cooking. If it stayed on constantly on full oven element power everything would burn.
it is the cooling fan if you have already replaced the thermal fuse on the back then replace the fan also shop around that price for the fan sounds high
On our oven, we have to reset the clock before the oven will work. I think it's because of the automatic timer features.
Yours is a slightly different model, but on ours we have to press the two buttons with arrows on, at the same time as turning the clock dial. Once this is done, the oven should work again.
Something is stopping the gas flow. Turn off gas. Disconnect line from the stove have someone turn on and off the the gas just for a second.(make sure no flame in room). See if gas is available. If not it is the gas line leading into the house somewhere, not the stove. Follow the piping to the first thng it comes to. Disconnect that line and see if it is open from there back to the connection. If you finally get to the valve, which I dont think you will . You will have to disassemble or replace it.
first I would check to see if you have power (120v) at the bake igniter..when you set in to bake...use a multmeter..(when you turn on the oven to bake only the bottom igniter will come )
If everything on your B1691N0GB oven seems to be working, i.e. all the lights are on and fan comes on in fan oven setting, but there is no heat from fan oven, conventional oven or grill, try turning your oven off at the mains, then turn on again. If the temperature display then shows 444, your oven is locked. To unlock, make sure the central control knob is in the "out" position, then press the fan oven and light buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds or so, until 333 appears on the display. Your oven is now unlocked.
