When i open the doors by using the key fob, all doors open except the drivers door. I have to open that door from the inside and then all doors work as normal until I use the key fob to lock the doors all doors will now lock except when i come to open them only the drivers door does not open. I can open the drivers door by using the key put into the lock of the door and by turning it, however now upon locking the doors with the key fob only the drivers door doesnnnnot lock. I must lock the door with the key for to get back to the same situation where all doors willl lock with the key fob but only one door will not open with the key fob. How do I cure this problem.

all doors was operating correctly until we let someone take it home for us and the idiot instead of using the key fob to open the drivers door he used the key when all doors were locked. Since then I am left with this problem
Dont blame the idiot,we all make stupid mistakes without thinking and iam no exception,remove door trim and oil the solonoid with a oil can not a silly sunday mechanic spray and let it soak in as its working but i think its just a bit sticky with wear and dirt ingress hence it locks but doesnt unlock which might need a bit more power,oil the whole lot lock and all

Old post - but new answer for others searching.
I just did this today. After you battery is disconnected your problem happens. The fob needs to be re- synced with the vehicle. Have your driver's door open and disconnect, then reconnect the battery. Close your driver's door and put the key in to lock it. As you turn it to lock, push the "lock" on the fob and hold for 5 seconds. This resets. My window controls also needed to be reset. While driving just hold them down for until they go. Do this on all of them twice and they should work.
Megane 2005 drivers door will not operate of key fob every thing else works.

2001 Nissan sentra kefob sets off alarm when used to open door locks. The key works fine to open door locks and start the car.
