How can I stop the buffering on my high speed internet?

Videos stop and start continuosly I need to stop this problem

    FYI, there is a new product on the market called the eLektra Booster. It is designed to reduce lag and buffering issues up to 99% of the time. It is currently not available in stores. At this time, it can only be purchased on Amazon.

It's not only for You..While watching Videos Online the Internet speed get slow ...Also the Online videos buffer and display in screen..So you can better pause the Video in Youtube after select the video.Then you can see a buffer lines scroll through end.After that You can play it.You can watch it without buffering.You can check the speed of the internet at Scanmyspeed. com here You can check the speed in Mbps and MBps.

Unless the device you are watching the video on is from the stone age, most equipment today is more than capable of streaming video. That said, the most common causes of video buffering/flickering are:

  1. Slow internet connection speed. DIal-up, DSL, and most of the lowest tier cable speed rates often cannot handle video streaming.
  2. Time of day. Watching video streams from places like Youtube during peak internet hours in your area will often cause buffering issues due to high demand on ISP bandwidth.

How do I fix YouTube its just keep buffering?
Hi Georgia ,

Your question does not specify whether you are experiencing
difficulty in seeing a while seeing a video or whether the video doesnt even start.

If your problem is that you experience problem with buffering while playing videos , its because of the fact that the internet connection doesnt match the needed speed requirements to play the video without buffering.

to stop the buffering, you can:

1. lower the video quality (say from 720p to 240p)

2.upgrade your internet connection

3.check whether any other softwares or another tab in the browser is consuming your internet.If yes, close them

4.If you are using a windows pc, you can increase your speed by following this tutorial :http://techstrick.blogspot.in/2011/07/speed-up-your-internet-connection-or.html

Buffering of video while watching a stream can normally be down to Three things.
1) Your Broadband Speed is not high enough.
2) The Stream suppliers' servers cannot cope with the load on them. and only send the video in 'lumps' so to speak.
3) Your Device is not able to process the Video fast enough to display correctly.

If , for example you are getting buffering on Youtube video, then it is almost definitely YOUR Broadband speed.

The best way to watch is by downloading the WHOLE video and storing it on your machine so that it will not need to buffer.

You will have to speak to the individual video companies about the ability to download instead of just watching. It is normally a Legal Copyright issue.

Having problems steaming netflix through our TV
It could be buffering when it stops playing your video. You dont need a real fast internet connection but it shouldnt be real slow either. Ive noticed that if you get the basic monthly internet its only providing 3 mbps. Which is slow and will cause the video to buffer. Mine is only a step above at about 7 mbps and I have no problems with buffering. Is this is the case just upgrade to a faster speed through your internet carrier.

I must say that the video is so slow in buffering and it is the common problem if the internet connection has a minimal speed and you're playing high quality videos. I suggest you change your subscription that suits your need or lower the quality of the video just refer to its control. If you're downloading, I suggest stopped it for awhile if you want the video will play smoothly.

Video keeps on stopping after a circle has come in
Hi,
The video keeps stopping because it takes time to buffer (load) and the the sign about which you are talking is Buffering sign. This is due to a slow internet speed
Once it is fully loaded you can watch it in one go. It is normal and happens with almost all of us.
